For student moving to class 12, its all fun and energy and that enthusiasm you get when learning something until you suddenly realize that some of the chapters of the previous class that you procrastinated on haven't completed yet or the concepts arent clear yet and this fact start stressing you out over time more and more and more until you can't really enjoy studying that new stuff, and then you just stop and start thinking and you just pick that 11th NCERT and randomly start learning those topics and lose that momentum and interest you created for the new chapters of class 12 and thus creating the new semester backlog too. Well, well well I had been thru the same phase as you but lemme tell you some things so you don't have to go through the same.
Well, as already lots of time have already been spent so what you gotta do is actually taking action right now, lemma tell you some steps.
1. Complete that 12th class chapter that you have started and If done start with step 2.
what I believe is that if you leave that new chapter in between, you might create more backlog later.
2. Prepare your mindset and plan ahead.
Pick all the resources like NCERT ( Ik this sucks the most), your laptop, notebook, and those colorful pens you have been planning to use for notes.
Start literally from the next day and until that day next week. (you have 12th ahead too r, so you need to complete it quickly and effectively)
3. Actually getting into Action Mode.
First Pick the chapters and make a list and then start with the toughest one you find.
Then, do some light NCERT reading like not really into deep but reading theories quickly.
Then Open YouTube in case you think you won't be able to do it on your own, search "*Insert chapter name* Oneshot" and pick the shortest video and enable the speed to x1.5 times. (I watch Vedantu video, go with whatever your boat floats on).
Make rough notes
Then search on yt "*Insert chapter name* sprint" and practice questions, this will create your confidence in that topic and also mastering it.
(idky dis gif is cute lol)
4. Now open your NCERT again.
This time since you are more relevant with the topics, start highlighting and making fair notes from NCERT.
And try to solve examples and exercise on your own.
And revise, revise and revise.
That's enough. So I hope it works for you. Best of luck with the new academic year.
